BUYING YOUR HOME

Buying a home is a very exciting time. To start with, I will e-mail you all the listings that are currently available that meet your criteria and will immediately send you all new listings as soon as they are posted on the Board. This way, you will be right up to date on all the listings and you will be able to converge on the style and location of your new home. Many Buyers start this way- it’s a great way to come up to speed with the market and refine your own criteria.

OTHER RESOURCES

There are other resources needed to help you buy or sell a home. These include a mortgage broker to arrange your mortgage, a home inspector, a staging expert, and a lawyer. If you do not have your own resource in these areas, I would be pleased to help you select one. I have many contacts that I have dealt with over the years and they have proven to be very competent and helpful.
